HOSPITALITY & DESIGN PROJECTS
WHO THIS IS FOR
Hospitality tables must satisfy two briefs at once: the design intent and the operating reality. Appearance, cue clearance, guest use, cleaning, supervision and delivery access need one coordinated decision.
Specifications, price, MOQ, production schedule, certification or test-report availability, packing, freight and warranty scope vary by product and destination. SUNDAYS confirms these items in a written quotation for the selected project.
PURCHASE WITH CONTROL
Translate the interior palette into controlled finish, cloth and logo references without losing playability.
Account for mixed skill levels, supervision, cleaning and wear in a shared space.
Align access, installation sequence, protection and opening dates with other trades.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS SHEET
A clear requirements sheet prevents different products and commercial scopes from being treated as equivalent. Ask every supplier to state deviations and exclusions rather than leaving them implied.
SEND YOUR PROJECT BRIEF →| Decision area | Information to confirm |

| Interior fit | Table form, finish, cloth, lighting and furniture clearance |
| Operations | Cleaning, maintenance, storage and replacement |

WHY THE DETAIL MATTERS
Search results can make products look interchangeable. In a real order, value depends on the exact configuration, the evidence used for approval, the packing and logistics scope, and the people responsible after the goods arrive. A lower unit price does not protect an opening date or solve a table that cannot reach the room.
Start with intended use and constraints, then ask for a model-specific response. Dimensions should identify whether they describe the playing surface, finished table or packed shipment. Materials should state the relevant component. Options should be separated from included items. Commercial estimates should be labeled as estimates until the final quotation is issued.
For repeat or multi-table projects, preserve the approved references. A product name is not enough to control a later batch when finish, cloth, logo, packing or accessories can change. Give each approved document or sample a revision and record any deviation before production proceeds.
BUYER QUESTIONS
There is no universal size. It depends on room dimensions, cueing clearance, expected guest use, positioning and the desired playing experience.
Potential finish and cloth matching can be reviewed using approved references. Physical appearance varies with substrate, sheen and lighting, so the approval method should be agreed.
Do not assume an indoor table is suitable outdoors. Exposure, humidity, temperature and shelter must be reviewed for the intended location and product.
